Alex Fida and friends warmly invite you to Slab Creek House for a morning exploring the restoration of an early 1860s historic property within the heritage landscape of the Slab Creek Watershed in Prince Edward County.

The program begins at 10:30 a.m. with welcoming remarks followed by a guided tour of the house and landscape, hosted by Alex Fida (owner of Angeline’s Inn in Bloomfield and The House of Falconer in Picton), the PEC Heritage Conservancy, Arcana Restoration & Materials, and VTLA Studio.

Join us to learn about the state of heritage buildings in Prince Edward County, the process of restoring historic places, and how the story of Slab Creek reflects the enduring relationship between the County's built heritage and its natural landscape.

We look forward to sharing this special place with you.

Tours of the restoration site and Slab Creek will conclude with a complimentary tasting at The Grange of Prince Edward Winery.
